利用乳液聚合方法,以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸乙酯为主要原料,成功制得了一种肠溶型药用包衣材料。讨论了乳化剂的种类、配比、用量以及加料方式对乳液性能的影响。研究结果表明:以阴/非离子乳化剂配比为3:1的乳化体系制得的乳液性能较好,其中乳化剂总量为3%时,乳液粒径小,涂膜附着力为1级。
利用乳液聚閤方法,以甲基丙烯痠、丙烯痠乙酯為主要原料,成功製得瞭一種腸溶型藥用包衣材料。討論瞭乳化劑的種類、配比、用量以及加料方式對乳液性能的影響。研究結果錶明:以陰/非離子乳化劑配比為3:1的乳化體繫製得的乳液性能較好,其中乳化劑總量為3%時,乳液粒徑小,塗膜附著力為1級。

A kind of enteric coated pharmaceutical coating material was prepared by emulsion polymeriza- tion, with methyl methacrylate, ethyl acrylate as the main raw material. The effects of emulsifiers type, which under the ratio ,the amount used and the feeding mode on the properties of emulsion were investigated. The results showed that when anionie/nonionicratio emulsifier was 3 : 1 the emulsion showed good properties, when the total emulsifier was 3%, the size of emulsion is smaller, and the film showed good stability, adhesion 1 level.
