The basic knowledge and skills do lay essential foundation for a person's development; however, love and habit are essential factors driving the development. The growth of love for a purpose is determined by the person's genetic genes primarily, and by social effects of the family, school and community, as well. More speeifieally, school education works the best of all. As for the habit, its nurturing is a complicated process, which requires us both to understand its far-reaching significance and to follow the habit till the purpose is reached.
