国家电器产品质量监督检验中心采用的是四肢钢管混凝土格构柱结构,格构柱上下柱连接节点双向肋板加劲式穿心板肩梁;针对此工程中肩梁节点利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS进行建模计算,并考虑了穿心板厚度和加劲布置方式对肩梁极限承载力及破坏形态的影响。结果表明,肩梁腹板厚度是影响肩梁抗剪受力性能和破坏模式的关键因素,而加劲布置方式只在有限范围内提高肩梁的承载能力和改善其传力机理。
國傢電器產品質量鑑督檢驗中心採用的是四肢鋼管混凝土格構柱結構,格構柱上下柱連接節點雙嚮肋闆加勁式穿心闆肩樑;針對此工程中肩樑節點利用大型有限元分析軟件ANSYS進行建模計算,併攷慮瞭穿心闆厚度和加勁佈置方式對肩樑極限承載力及破壞形態的影響。結果錶明,肩樑腹闆厚度是影響肩樑抗剪受力性能和破壞模式的關鍵因素,而加勁佈置方式隻在有限範圍內提高肩樑的承載能力和改善其傳力機理。

Four component built-up CFST columns are used in the National Electrical Appliances Product Qual- ity Supervision and Inspection Center. The up-and-down column is connected by shoulder beams with the web plate cross the column and reinforced with the steel plate in two ways. Based on the practical project, the FE model was built, and the relevant parameters such as the thickness of the web plate and the location of reinforced plate were taken into consideration. The results show that the thickness of the web plate is the primary factor to effect the loading-carrying capacity and the failure mode of the shoulder beam, while the location of reinforced plate can improve the loading-carrying capacity of shoulder beams and its force transfer mechanism only in a limited scope.
