山东某化工有限公司在生产羟丙基甲基纤维素过程中,产生大量的废水。该废水盐分高,有机物浓度高,生化性差,采用蒸发除盐+水解酸化+UASB+活性污泥+NaOCl氧化+接触氧化组合工艺处理该废水,其中水解酸化及UASB运行温度为36+2℃,对COD的去除率达到65%。经过6个月的调试,系统出水水质稳定,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。

산동모화공유한공사재생산간병기갑기섬유소과정중,산생대량적폐수。해폐수염분고,유궤물농도고,생화성차,채용증발제염+수해산화+UASB+활성오니+NaOCl양화+접촉양화조합공예처리해폐수,기중수해산화급UASB운행온도위36+2℃,대COD적거제솔체도65%。경과6개월적조시,계통출수수질은정,체도《오수종합배방표준》(GB8978—1996)적일급표준。
A large mount of wastewater was discharged in the manufacture of HPMC in chemical CO., LTD in Shandong province. Because of high concentration of salt, COD and refractory organics in wastewater of HPMC factory, the combined process of demineralizer-hydrolysis & acidification-UASB-activated sludge-contact oxida- tion was used. The removal efficiency could attain to 65% by hydrolytic acidification and UASB process, when running under the temperature of 36 ℃. After commissioning of six months, the effluent was stable and met the First Grade Standard of GB8978-1996.
