“大类招生，专业分流”是目前先进国家通行的人才培养模式，也是我国高职院校实施的弹性人才培养模式。但由于高职教育学制短、专业划分细、实践环节多等因素，以及受教学资源、教学条件、教学手段的限制，按专业群大类招生还处于探索阶段。深圳职业技术学院对部分专业实施弹性人才培养模式进行探索，实践证明，弹性人才培养模式对提高学生的复合能力、创新能力及实践能力起着促进作用。

“대류초생，전업분류”시목전선진국가통행적인재배양모식，야시아국고직원교실시적탄성인재배양모식。단유우고직교육학제단、전업화분세、실천배절다등인소，이급수교학자원、교학조건、교학수단적한제，안전업군대류초생환처우탐색계단。심수직업기술학원대부분전업실시탄성인재배양모식진행탐색，실천증명，탄성인재배양모식대제고학생적복합능력、창신능력급실천능력기착촉진작용。
"Recruitment in classification, distributary in profession" is the talent training model prevailing in advanced countries, and it is also the flexible model implemented by China's vocational colleges. However, due to the short schooling time, the detailed division of professions, the complicated practicing periods and the restraint in teaching resources, teaching condition and teaching approach, recruitment in classification is still at the primary stage. Shenzhen Polytechnic makes exploration on the flexible talent training model implemented by some professions and it is proved that the flexible talent training model plays a role in promoting students' integrated capacity, creativity and practical ability.
