采用问卷调查和访谈法,对职技高师院校大学生的从教意愿及其影响因素进行研究,得出以下结论:职校教师职业的社会地位亟待提高;让学生真正了解职业学校、提高学生技能水平有利于提高他们的从教愿望;职技高师院校的教师教育模块课程设置及其教学质量、职业指导仍需加强与完善。
採用問捲調查和訪談法,對職技高師院校大學生的從教意願及其影響因素進行研究,得齣以下結論:職校教師職業的社會地位亟待提高;讓學生真正瞭解職業學校、提高學生技能水平有利于提高他們的從教願望;職技高師院校的教師教育模塊課程設置及其教學質量、職業指導仍需加彊與完善。

By using the way of questionnaire and interview, the teaching willingness and its influencing factors in students of higher vocation-technical teachers' colleges are elaborated in this paper. The following conclusions are made: the social status of teaching vocation in vocational schools must be improved; really enabling students to know vocational schools and to improve their skills will contribute to the enhancement of their teaching willingness; curriculum, related teaching quality and vocational guidance in higher vocation-technical teachers' colleges still have room for strengthening and improving.
