在水温20℃下研究了在饲料中分别添加3种中草药方剂(复方A由甘草、紫草等组成;复方B由生鸡内金、生牡蛎、山药等组成;复方C由茵陈、板蓝根、黄芩等组成),对平均体质量37.09±4.09g鲫(Carassiusaura-ttts)肝胰脏和血液中部分生化指标的影响。每组15尾,每天按照鱼体质量的2.0%投喂饲料,对照组投喂不含中草药添加剂的基础饲料。实验结束后,取样测定鱼体肝脏和血液部分生化指标。结果显示,复方A、B、C皆可显著提高血清谷草转氨酶(AST)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的活性,但却明显降低了尿酸(URIC)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆红素(TBIL)和球蛋白(GLB)的含量,其他几项生化指标升降不一;复方A、B、C对肝脏中Fe、ALP和肌酐(CREA)3项生化指标的提升效果比较明显,对Ca、P、AST、总胆固醇(CHOL)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、TP和GLB起相反作用。结果的差异可能与中草药配方组成成分、取样部位、测试的生化指标有关。

재수온20℃하연구료재사료중분별첨가3충중초약방제(복방A유감초、자초등조성;복방B유생계내금、생모려、산약등조성;복방C유인진、판람근、황금등조성),대평균체질량37.09±4.09g즉(Carassiusaura-ttts)간이장화혈액중부분생화지표적영향。매조15미,매천안조어체질량적2.0%투위사료,대조조투위불함중초약첨가제적기출사료。실험결속후,취양측정어체간장화혈액부분생화지표。결과현시,복방A、B、C개가현저제고혈청곡초전안매(AST)화감성린산매(ALP)적활성,단각명현강저료뇨산(URIC)、총단백(TP)、총담홍소(TBIL)화구단백(GLB)적함량,기타궤항생화지표승강불일;복방A、B、C대간장중Fe、ALP화기항(CREA)3항생화지표적제승효과비교명현,대Ca、P、AST、총담고순(CHOL)、유산탈경매(LDH)、TP화GLB기상반작용。결과적차이가능여중초약배방조성성분、취양부위、측시적생화지표유관。
Crucian carp (Carassius auratus ) with body weight of 37.09_+ 4.09g were reared in tanks at a rate of 15 individuals/tank, and fed diets containing 3 mixtures (groups A, B and C) of Chinese herbal medicines (without addition of Chinese herbal medicine as control group) at feeding rate 2% for 60d to evaluate the influences of the Chinese herbal medicines on some biochemical indices in blood at water temperature of 20~C. Results showed that there were significantly higher activities of the serum aspartate aminotrans- ferase (AST) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in groups A, B, and C, but significantly lower contents of uric acid (URIC), total pro- tein (TP), and globulin (GLB). The levels of Fe, and creatinine (CREA), and ALP activity in the liver were shown to be increased in groups A, B, and C, while the levels of Ca, P, cholesterol (CHOL), GLB, and TP, and activities of AST and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) to be decreased in groups A, B, and C, which may be involved in Chinese herbal medicine formula composition, sampling sites, and tests of biochemical index related.
