本研究建立了锦鲤(Cyprinus carpio)尾鳍细胞系。染色体数目、核型及DNA含量等实验,发现锦鲤体细胞和锦鲤培养细胞无显著性差异,染色体数目和DNA含量符合比例关系,建立的锦鲤尾鳍细胞系已形成了稳定的遗传性状,命名为KF—H。
本研究建立瞭錦鯉(Cyprinus carpio)尾鰭細胞繫。染色體數目、覈型及DNA含量等實驗,髮現錦鯉體細胞和錦鯉培養細胞無顯著性差異,染色體數目和DNA含量符閤比例關繫,建立的錦鯉尾鰭細胞繫已形成瞭穩定的遺傳性狀,命名為KF—H。
본연구건립료금리(Cyprinus carpio)미기세포계。염색체수목、핵형급DNA함량등실험,발현금리체세포화금리배양세포무현저성차이,염색체수목화DNA함량부합비례관계,건립적금리미기세포계이형성료은정적유전성상,명명위KF—H。
The cell line of a caudal fin from koi (Cyprinus c arpio) was established in this study. The detection of the chromosome number, karyotype and DNA content demonstrates that there were no significant differences between the somatic cells and the culture cells; that the chromosome number and the DNA content were in accordance with the proportionate relationship. The established cell line of the koi' s caudal tail fin named as KF-H had the stable heredity.
