采用易控(NSPEC)组态软件为开发环境,通过实时监控系统的终端模拟工艺冷却水的整个流程,从而达到控制节能的效果。在设计该系统时提出了两种思路:通过外部温度的实时变化数据自动控制冰机等设备的启停;利用登录用户的不同权限,实现手工控制冰机等设备的启停。该系统包括首页、主界面、温度历史查询、电量历史查询、报表查看、报警查看、用户安全等7个画面菜单。经过软件的运行测试表明,该软件系统操作方便可行,可以达到节能的效果。

Taking the INSPEC configuration software as the development environment,this paper simulates the process of cooling water through the real-time monitoring system terminal to achieve the effect of energy saving control. Two methods have been put forward for the design of the system. One is to automatically control the ice machine according to the external real-time temperature changes data. The other is to control the ice machine by hand according to the different permissions of logged-in users. The system includes a home page,the main interface ,temperature history inquiry, electricity history inquiry, report view, alarm view, and user security. After tests ,the results show that the software system is convenient and feasible and capable of achieving the effect of saving energy.
