利用纳米压印工艺制作聚合物微环谐振器,探讨其应用于微振动传感,提出了一种用普通F-P腔半导体激光器和谐振模匹配的微环谐振器作为传感单元维的振动传感方法,研究了两路时分复用的解调方法,给出了时分链路之间延迟光纤与光脉冲和解调端时分选通门的关系。对每一路振动实施应变放大,能够提高检测灵敏度。振动频率达到800 Hz、输入振动驱动功率为2 mW时,仍能检测到不失真的振动信息,实验结果与理论分析吻合。

Based on polymer micro-ring resonator fabricated by nanoimprint method,a novel vibration sensor scheme is presented in the paper,in which a simple F-P LD and a micro-ring resonator matched with one of the modes of the LD were used as sensing channel. With double channel time-division multiplexing,the relationship between the length of delay fiber and the optical pulse and time-division gate array was analyzed ,which coin- cides with the experiment results. The results also show that when the input vibration frequency is up to 800 Hz and the drive power is as low as 2 mW, the output waveform is still distortionless.
