目的 探讨欠发达县级医院临床护理带教效果,促进乡镇卫生院临床护理工作规范开展及水平提高,为进一步完善乡镇卫生院护理带教提供依据.方法 采用跟班培训带教老师的方法,通过制定实习目标和计划,落实带教措施,评价带教和实习效果,以提高带教质量,比较带教前后带教对象的考核成绩.对63名欠发达乡镇卫生院临床护理人员跟班培训带教情况进行总结分析.结果 通过规范化、有针对性的培训带教,63名乡镇护理人员的护理技能水平得到了显著提高,卫生法律法规的知晓率从61.5％提高到96.8％、护理管理知识知晓率从44.6％提高到93.3％、护理规范知晓率从44.7％提高到92.3％、护理操作技术从63.5％提高到97.3％、医院感染控制知识从50.5％提高到90.8％.结论 欠发达乡镇卫生院护理人员非常需要得到规范化、有针对性的培训带教,相关部门要重视欠发达乡镇卫生院护理人员的培训,把乡镇卫生院护理人员培训作为一段时期的重点项目,在经费上给予制度保障；上级医院要主动承担起培训带教责任,为整个县域护理水平的提高做出贡献.

Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing training and teaching in health clinics in under-developed towns,to promote the township health center in clinical nursing work specification,improvement,in order to further improve township health center the basis for nursing training and teaching.Methods The regular following training teacher method was used by formulating practice target and plan,to implement,and evaluate with teaching measures and practice effect,in order to improve the teaching quality,we compared with assessment test results before and after training and teaching object.63 members of nursing staff from under-developed township health center clinic were analyzed with their training and teaching conditions.Results Through standardized and targeted training and teaching,nursing care skills of 63 township nurses had been improved greatly,their health laws and regulations congnition increased from 61.5％ to 96.8％,nursing management knowledge increased from 44.6％ to 93.3％,nursing specification awareness increased from 44.7％ to 92.3％,nursing operation technology increased from 63.5％ to 97.3％,the hospital infection control knowledge increased from 50.5％ to 90.8％.Conclusion Underdeveloped township health center nursing staff really need to be standardized,and targeted training and teaching,relevant departments should attach importance to under-developed township health center nursing personnel training as a period of key projects,should be given funds with system security; Superior hospital should take the initiative to assume training and teaching responsibility,to contribute for the county to raise the level of nursing.
