为探究袋式除尘滤料丙纶LB450和LB500的表面改性问题,利用溶液腐蚀法,在酸度、温度和时间三因素实验水平下,比较了二者的耐酸腐蚀性能。结果表明:LB500的耐腐性能优于同条件下的LB450;当温度低于40℃,二者适宜长时间使用;程度不同的氧化作用可能是造成耐腐性能差异的主要原因.
為探究袋式除塵濾料丙綸LB450和LB500的錶麵改性問題,利用溶液腐蝕法,在痠度、溫度和時間三因素實驗水平下,比較瞭二者的耐痠腐蝕性能。結果錶明:LB500的耐腐性能優于同條件下的LB450;噹溫度低于40℃,二者適宜長時間使用;程度不同的氧化作用可能是造成耐腐性能差異的主要原因.

To probe the surface modification of polypropylene LB450 and LB500 filter materials for baghouse,acid corrosion resistance was compared between the two by means of solution corrosion method,under experimental levels of acidity,temperature,and time.The results suggested that LB500 is better in corrosion resistance than LB450 of the same condition,and that both are fit for longtime operation at temperature below 40℃.Corrosion resistance difference might be chiefly caused by oxidation of different degrees.
