运用系统工程的原理分析得到影响煤矿瓦斯抽采的12个因素,依据各因素间的逻辑关系,按解释结构模型方法建立了影响煤矿瓦斯抽采的多级阶梯结构模型,得出各因素相互间的内在联系和层次关系.结果表明,影响煤矿瓦斯抽采最深层次的因素在于抽采成本和抽采收益,提出加强低成本、高效率的瓦斯抽采方法研究和煤层气(煤矿瓦斯)高效益利用方式研究是今后的发展方向;分析结果同时表明,用解释结构模型分析煤矿瓦斯抽采影响因素是科学合理的.

Taking the 12 factors by analyzing the impact of coal mine gas drainage with system engineering theory, and according to the logical relationship between the factors, this paper build ups the structure model by ISM that affects the coal mine gas drainage, and analyzes the inter- relations and hierarchical relations in various factors. Results show that the extraction cost and extraction yield is the most fundamental factors that affect coal mine gas drainage. This paper proposes that the development direction is to lower cost and to use highly efficient gas drainage method and high efficiency utilization in the future. Results also show that using the ISM to analyze the influencing factors of coal mine gas drainage is scientific and reasonable.
