The comparison of military culture is required in the process of modernization to change the thoughts and to accelerate the development with special aims. It is based on the foundation and the de- velopment of national and public military science. It is also based on a series of intergradations of na- tional history and future goals as well as the conclusions of contrasts with oneself and the others. In the overall comparisons, various factors, such as thoughts, mental changes, modern diverse society and military revolution, consist of a complex system in which they get the power of development from each other. The culture of warrior's characters should be pushed forwards with a certain policy.
