逻辑分析仪作为分析数字电路的基本工具,其应用越来越广泛,给出了一种简易逻辑分析仪的设计方案,采用了VerilogHDL硬件描述语言以及SOPC技术完成系统的整体设计,通过系统测试结果表明,系统工作正常,并具备同时测量信号频率的功能,并且系统集成度高,且为以后的功能扩展留有接口,通用性好.

Logic analyzer as basic tools for analysis of digital circuits, has This paper proposes a new type of solution to simple logic analyze system. increasingly wide application, It uses VerilogHDL language, as well as the the SOPC technology to complete the overall design of the system. The system testing re- sults, show that the system has achieved all the design features, and can measure the frequency of the signal simultaneously. The system is highly integrated and reserves interfaces for later extensions.
