根据35kV及以下配电网线损管理现状和要求，采用改进等值电阻法进行线损的理论计算，设计了配电网线损管理综合系统．该系统既可用来进行代表日线损理论计算、全月线损估算和全年线损估算，又可用于线损预测，计算模型精确，不仅考虑了电压对变压器空载损耗的影响，而且可计算辅助设备与电晕损耗，完全满足供电企业的需要．并实现了配电网管理制度化，减少了人为的因素，提高了企业的经济运行．

Based on 35kV and below distribution network line loss management status and requirements, as. well as the theoretical calculation of improving of the equivalent electric resistance method, a line loss managerial system is designed. The system can be used to represent theoretical calculation of line loss, the whole month line loss estimation and annual line loss estimation, and can be used for line loss predic- tion and precise calculation model. It not only considers the voltage on the influence of no-load loss in transformer, but also calculates auxiliary equipment and corona loss, and fully meets the needs of the power supply enterprise. It realizes the institutionalized management of the distribution network, reduces the artificial factors and improves the enterprise's economic operation.
