采用正己烷液液萃取-超高压液相色谱法(紫外检测器)测定邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯的含量,确定的色谱条件为:流动相为甲醇/水,梯度洗脱:0~1min-85/15(V/V),1~4min-95/5(V/V),4-7min=85/15(V/V);流速=0.300ml/min;柱温35.0℃;检测波长220nm;进样量5td。方法的检出限分别为o.3μg/L和0.4μg/L,相对标准偏差分别为1.59%~3.86%和1.99%~3.86%,加标回收率分别为95.o%~99.7%和98.0%~106.5%,满足环境监测的要求,可以用于饮用水中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定。

In this work,a method for determination dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and di (2-ethyl- hexyl) phthalate (DEHP) by using n-hexane based liquid-liquid extraction coupled with Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography (UHPLC) was investigated. Experimental resuits indicated that the detection limits of DBP and DEHP were 0.3μg/L and 0.4μg/L; recoveries of the two phthalates were in the range of 95.0%-106.5%; relative standard deviation were in the range of 1.59%-3.86%. This method could be used for the detection of DBP and DEHP in environment.
