自编“教师适应性问卷”和访谈提纲,采用随机抽样的方式,在湘西自治州6个县市的35所中小学进行了调查和访谈。结果发现:(1)被调查的师范毕业生总体适应性良好,但还存在着职业信念不稳定,理论知识与实践脱节,教育教学经验欠缺,缺少社会阅历,工作压力大等适应性问题;与教龄在3年以上的老教师相比,他们的适应性水平明显要低;(2)被调查的师范毕业生的适应性水平在民族、毕业学校性质和任教学校所在地等因素上不存在显著性差异;在性别、学历、任教学校类型、任教学科等方面存在不同程度的差异。
自編“教師適應性問捲”和訪談提綱,採用隨機抽樣的方式,在湘西自治州6箇縣市的35所中小學進行瞭調查和訪談。結果髮現:(1)被調查的師範畢業生總體適應性良好,但還存在著職業信唸不穩定,理論知識與實踐脫節,教育教學經驗欠缺,缺少社會閱歷,工作壓力大等適應性問題;與教齡在3年以上的老教師相比,他們的適應性水平明顯要低;(2)被調查的師範畢業生的適應性水平在民族、畢業學校性質和任教學校所在地等因素上不存在顯著性差異;在性彆、學歷、任教學校類型、任教學科等方麵存在不同程度的差異。

Bu using questionnaire and interview, a random sampling is conducted to investigate and interview teachers in 35 primary or middle schools among 6 counties (cities) in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Generally the adaptability of graduates from teachers' colleges is good, but there are also some problems such as unstable professional beliefs, disconnection between theory and practice, lack of teaching experience, insufficient social experience and work stress etc. Compared with teachers with more than 3 years' teaching experience, the adaptability of the graduates from teachers' college is lower. (2)There is no obvious difference in adaptability among graduates from teachers' college in ethinics, schools they graduated from and schools they work in. But there are some differences in gender, educational background, and the schools and courses they teach.
