在不同光质下培养茅膏菜试管苗,观察其生长情况,并采用高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素含量。结果显示,试管苗在自光下长势最好,红光下长势其次,蓝光和绿光下长势较差;不同光质下茅膏菜试管苗槲皮素含量依次为:绿光(0.7261%)〉蓝光(0.4730%)〉红光(0.4650%)〉白光(0.4437%),在绿光下培养的茅膏菜试管苗槲皮素含量显著高于其他光质。

In this experiment, the in vitro planflets of sundew were used as materials to research the effects of different light qualities on the growth and quercetin content. The in vitro plantlets of sundew was cultured in different light. The growth statuses were ob- served and the quercetin content was measured by HPLC. The in vitro plantlets of sundew grew in the best way in white light and sec- ondly in red llght,while the in vitro plantlets of sundew grew in the worst way in green and blue light. The descending order of quer- cetin content in the sundew cultured in different light was: green light(0.7261% ) 〉 blue light(0.4730% ) 〉 red light(0.4650% ) 〉white light(0.4437% ), and the quereetin content in the in vitro plantlets of sundew cultured in green light was higher than the others significantly. Different light qualities have different effects on the growth and the quercetin accumulation of in vitro plantlets of sundew.
