畜牧业是农业温室气体的主要排放源之一,动物温室气体排放量占全球总量的18%,成为导致全球气候变暖的主要原因。2010年中国畜牧业甲烷排放总量已达948万t,因此,研究各种动物甲烷、氧化亚氮、二氧化碳等温室气体的排放机制,找出动物温室气体的影响因子,对实现畜牧业节能减排和提高动物生产力具有重要意义。本文综述了动物温室气体排放的机制和减排调控技术研究进展,并结合国情提出中国动物温室气体减排策略、措施与对策;指出在条件合适的地区大力推广毛驴养殖,对减少温室气体排放将起到巨大的推动作用,为探索节能、低温室气体排放的环保养殖模式提供了参考依据。

Animal husbandry is the main source of Greenhouse gases (GHG) in agriculture. GHG emissions caused by animal husbandry accounts for 10% of the global total emission, which has become the main cause of global warming. The total Greenhouse gases emission from the animal husbandry of China is 948 10000 tons in the year 2010. Therefore, the study of GHG (CH4, N20 and CO2) emissions mechanism from various livestock and find out the influencing factors which impact on GHG emissions are of great significance on reducing GHG emissions and improving the production efficiency of animal husbandry. This article provides an overview on mechanism of greenhouse gases emission and its reducing technology, the methods, countermeasures and strategies were presented according to Chinese fundamental realities. It was noted that the GHG emissions can be reduced if the donkey feedings technologies were applied in the proper areas. All of the research achievements provided theoretical basis for the discovery of ecological breeding model with energy conservation and low GHG emissions.
