“5·12”汶川地震后,各地中小学建筑物的抗震鉴定和加固是一项紧迫的工作,新的《抗震鉴定标准》(GB50023—2009)已于2009年颁布.首先对比分析新旧抗震鉴定标准的异同,然后对某小学多层框架教学楼进行抗震鉴定实例分析,所得结果对类似工程有一定的参考借鉴作用.

After "5· 12 Wenchuan" earthquake, the central and local governments focus on anti-earthquake evaluation and reinforcement to all of primary and secondary schools. In 2009, the new "Seismic Evaluation Standard" (GB50023- 2009) was enacted. The differences and the similarities between the old evaluation standard and the new one were analyzed and then a multilayer frame school building in a primary school was taken as a sample to make anti-earthquake evaluation, which has certain reference significance to the similar engineering.
