Retaining wall is a kind of common subgrade retaining structure. When buried depth of founda- tion or basal stress calculation of retaining wall can not be satisfied with the request of the correlative tech- nical codes and the engineering, the structure of piles foundation-trimmer beam-retaining wall can be used. Taking a subgrade slope reinforcement engineering of a road as a case, the design project and construction point of piles foundation-trimmer beam-retaining wall were introduced in detail, which can be used for ref- erence of similar engineering projects.
