利用LI-6400便携式光合仪对长梗黄精、多花黄精、黄精、玉竹的光合生理特性进行测定,结果表明:(1)4种黄精属植物净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈明显的单峰曲线,气孔导度、蒸腾速率与光合速率呈正相关,胞间CO:浓度与光合速率呈负相关。(2)光合有效辐射是影响4种黄精属植物生长的最主要因子,其他因子是蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度。(3)多花黄精为中性草本植物,长梗黄精、黄精、玉竹为中偏阳性草本植物。
利用LI-6400便攜式光閤儀對長梗黃精、多花黃精、黃精、玉竹的光閤生理特性進行測定,結果錶明:(1)4種黃精屬植物淨光閤速率(Pn)日變化均呈明顯的單峰麯線,氣孔導度、蒸騰速率與光閤速率呈正相關,胞間CO:濃度與光閤速率呈負相關。(2)光閤有效輻射是影響4種黃精屬植物生長的最主要因子,其他因子是蒸騰速率和胞間CO2濃度。(3)多花黃精為中性草本植物,長梗黃精、黃精、玉竹為中偏暘性草本植物。
이용LI-6400편휴식광합의대장경황정、다화황정、황정、옥죽적광합생리특성진행측정,결과표명:(1)4충황정속식물정광합속솔(Pn)일변화균정명현적단봉곡선,기공도도、증등속솔여광합속솔정정상관,포간CO:농도여광합속솔정부상관。(2)광합유효복사시영향4충황정속식물생장적최주요인자,기타인자시증등속솔화포간CO2농도。(3)다화황정위중성초본식물,장경황정、황정、옥죽위중편양성초본식물。
Factors were measured on the photosynthesis physiological characteristics of the 4 species Polygonatum filipes, Polygonatum cyrtonema, Polygonamm sibiricum and Polygonatum odoraturn with Li-6400XT Portable Photosynthesis Analyzer. The following were the results. ① The diurnal variations of the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the four Polygonatum species all showed a significant single-peak curve. There was a positive correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the stomatal conductance and transpiration rate, and a negative correlation between the photosynthetic rate and the intercellular CO2 concentration. ② The photosynthetic active radiation was the primary growth-affecting factor for the 4 Polygonatum species, and the other factors were the transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration. ③ P. cyrtonema is a neutral herb, while t9. filipes, P. sibiricum and Polygonatum odoratum are partial heliophilous herbs.
