The characteristic of the fiat permanent linear synchronous motor(PMLSM), is introduced in this article, and the boundary condition is set up, and the mathematics model of PMLSM is simplified, and the mathematics model of PMLSM is deduced. The article calculates the thermal field of PMLSM using finite element software Infolytiea, calculations are in good agreement with experimental results.
