In this paper, we briefly introduced the Ion Optics ,the Ion lens and the Extractive System of the High Current Ion Source. And then the Principle of the Ion Lens of t the ion source extraction system were Illustrated. The main Idea of this article is using the Principle ofthe ion source to analyze the ion beam divergence and convergence of the High Current Ion Source .
