科学的绩效评估是调动教师积极性和促进教学团队持续发展的关键环节。基于主成分分析法的绩效,评估模型有利于促进教学团队建设。提高团队绩效,要遴选学术水平、管理能力和品德皆优的团队带头人,形成合理的团队结构,建立考核与反馈机制,制定有效的保障措施。
科學的績效評估是調動教師積極性和促進教學糰隊持續髮展的關鍵環節。基于主成分分析法的績效,評估模型有利于促進教學糰隊建設。提高糰隊績效,要遴選學術水平、管理能力和品德皆優的糰隊帶頭人,形成閤理的糰隊結構,建立攷覈與反饋機製,製定有效的保障措施。

Scientific performance evaluation is a key element of mobilizing all positive factors and promoting the sustainable development of teaching team.Based on the main analytical method,the model of performance evaluation is favorable for the establishment of teaching team.We should select team leader,who is excellent in academic level,management ability and with moral character,to form rational team structure,establish evaluation and feedback mechanism and formulate effective guarantee measures to promote team performance.
