对用双乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法测定水中铜时的有关影响因素进行了分析实验,发现只要严格地控制操作过程中的溶液pH、显色温度和时间、冷却温度,并且在配置缓冲溶液时一定要调制pH值到9,在检测时就会收到准确度精密度都较好的测定结果.
對用雙乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法測定水中銅時的有關影響因素進行瞭分析實驗,髮現隻要嚴格地控製操作過程中的溶液pH、顯色溫度和時間、冷卻溫度,併且在配置緩遲溶液時一定要調製pH值到9,在檢測時就會收到準確度精密度都較好的測定結果.

This paper uses the double acetaldehyde two hydrazone spectrophotometric method for the determination of copper irt water by the related influencing factors are analyzed, and finds that as long as the strict control of operation in the process of solution pH, color tempera ture and time, cooling temperature, and pH to 9 must be modulated in the allocation of buffer solution, so as to get accuracy precision measure-ment result.
