This paper reviews several commonly used methods for preparing molybdemun disulfide nano: chemical vapor deposition, high temperature curing method, precursor decomposition, hydrothermal method, solution method, physical methods, describes the status quo and the advantages and disadvantages of a variety of preparation methods and introduces the present application of nano - molybdenum disulfide and its application in the field of electronics.
