采用滴涂法制备了反式双氨基四苯基卟啉修饰电极(trans—d—A—TPP/GCE),并用原子力显微镜(atomic force microscopy)对其进行了表征,用循环伏安法研究了该修饰电极的电化学性质.建立了一种识别汞离子的溶出伏安分析方法,在0.2mol·L^-1NaAc—HAc(pH3.6)支持介质中,在-0.5V电位下富集200s,汞离子响应的线性范围为1.0×10^-8mol·L^-1 - 1.0×10^-6 mol·L^-1,检出限1.0×10^-9mol·L^-1.对实际水样进行了测定。结果满意.

The chemical modified electrode was prepared by simple and rapid electroless dipping procedure. The surface morphology of the chemical modified electrode was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The electrochemical properties of this trans - d - A - TPP/GCE were studied using cyclic vohammetry. The trans - d - A - TPP/GCE was used as a voltammetric sensor for determination of trace Hg2 + in acetate - acetic acid buffer ( pH 3.6) with differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the stripping peak current was linear with the Hg2+ concentration in the range of 1.0×10^-8 mol·L^-1 to 1.0 ×10^-6 mol·L^-1 with a detection limit of 1.0 ×10^-9 mol·L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of Hg2+ in real samples and the results are satisfactory.
