重视提升师范生的可雇佣性以应对日趋严峻的就业环境,是当下师范院校的普遍做法,该文通过分析国内外的相关研究,提出了在我国师范生培养的现实条件下,师范生的可雇佣性的构成要素,即由专业基础、自学能力、元认知能力、自我效能感、教师职业素养五个要素构成,并对每个要素进行了详细的分析说明。

Paying attention to enhance the students' employability to cope with the increasingly severe employment situation at present,is a common practice in normal universities.Based on the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,this paper puts forward normal students' employability elements,namely,professional foundation,self-learning ability,metacognitive ability,self-efficacy,teacher occupation accomplishment.And each element is analyzed in detail.
