This paper introduces a design of focal plane circuit based on EMCCD in space-borne remote sensor. Drive timing arrangement modules are designed by using FPGA with VHDL. Direct digital frequency synthesis,LVDS transmission technology and large amplitude signal amplification technique are utilized for the formation of EMCCD driving hardware. In order to meet the satellite on-line configuration requirements,a telemetry and telecommand interface unit is set up in the circuit. Moreover, the author presents some noise reduction methods in the design of EMCCD readout module and power module. At last,a focal plane circuit prototype is developed to test, and the results confirm the effectiveness and feasibility of this design.
