民营企业文化建设是实现企业可持续发展的重要因素。鞍山民营企业已经成为推动地方经济社会发展的重要力量,但却存在着企业文化建设观念落后、家族化的管理方式依然存在、缺乏科学化管理企业文化等问题。探究解决鞍山民营企业文化建设的策略,对于鞍山经济社会的可持续发展意义重大。

민영기업문화건설시실현기업가지속발전적중요인소。안산민영기업이경성위추동지방경제사회발전적중요역량,단각존재착기업문화건설관념락후、가족화적관리방식의연존재、결핍과학화관리기업문화등문제。탐구해결안산민영기업문화건설적책략,대우안산경제사회적가지속발전의의중대。
The constructing of private-operated enterprise culture is an important factor of realizing the sustainable development of the enterprises. The private-operated enterprises in Anshan have become an important power to promote the domestic economy. But there are some problems such as the old fashions of conception for enterprise culture constructing, the restraint of household operation style fo the enterprise culture constructing, the lack of best and excellent management. So searching the solution of the strategy of constructing the private- operated enterprise culture in Anshan has an important meaning to realize the sustainable development of economy and society.
