本研究以福建省永安市为例，通过建立永安市低丘缓坡林地资源建设用地适宜性评价体系，进行建设用地适宜性评价，得到永安市低丘缓坡林地资源建设用地适宜性等级图，结果表明：永安市最适宜开发建设用地的低丘缓坡林地主要分布在中部偏北地区，基本适宜开发建设用地的土地面积占的比重最大；不适宜开发区域所占比重最小。在土地开发建设过程中要综合考虑自然环境、社会条件等各方面的因素，科学合理的开发利用土地。
본연구이복건성영안시위례，통과건립영안시저구완파임지자원건설용지괄의성평개체계，진행건설용지괄의성평개，득도영안시저구완파임지자원건설용지괄의성등급도，결과표명：영안시최괄의개발건설용지적저구완파임지주요분포재중부편북지구，기본괄의개발건설용지적토지면적점적비중최대；불괄의개발구역소점비중최소。재토지개발건설과정중요종합고필자연배경、사회조건등각방면적인소，과학합리적개발이용토지。
The study establishes a construction lands suitability evaluation system for woodlands on low hills with gentle slope in Yong′an City.The evaluation comes out a map showing the suitability level and indicates that the best construction lands mainly lies in the central and north regions of the city . And lands barely fit for construction purpose accounted for a biggest proportion .Only a small part of lands under evaluation are inappropriate for construction .
