通过室内培养法,研究了不同比例生物碳对含有肉桂酸土壤的微生物数量、土壤酶活性及土壤有效养分含量的影响。结果表明:肉桂酸对所测4种土壤酶活性均产生了不同程度的影响,其中影响最大的是蛋白酶;细菌的数量呈增加趋势,而真菌的数量呈减少趋势;加剧了土壤中硝态氮含量的积累,降低了土壤铵态氮、有效氮、有效磷和速效钾的含量。添加2.5%和5%碳化玉米芯后促进了土壤酶的活性;增加了土壤中细菌的数量,减少了真菌的数量, B/F 值增加;有效地缓解肉桂酸对土壤有效养分的影响。说明生物碳可以吸收土壤中的化感物质,从而缓解化感物质的毒害作用。

We investigated the effects of biochar in different proportions on the quantity of soil microorganisms , enzyme activities and soil available nutrients in the soil amended with phenolic acids .The cinnamic acid was added into the soil treated with different proportions of biochar within 40 days incubation under room temperature .The re-sults obtained are listed as follows .Cinnamic acid had different effect on four soilenzyme activities .Proteinase was impacted most strongly.Bacterial numbers increased while fungi decreased .Cinnamic acid reduced soil available N , available P,available K and NH+4 -N content and promoted NO-3 -N accumulation in the soil.When 2.5% or 5%carbonized maize cob was added into the soil treated with Cinnamic .Activities of soil urase,acid phosphatase,poly-phenol oxidase and proteinase were increased .The quantity of soil bacteria was increased while the quantity of soil fungi and the ratios of B /F were decreased.The inhabitations on soil available nutrients were alleviated by applied biochar.Which showed that biochar could absorb allelochemicals ,and release the toxic function of allelochemicals .
