在考虑弹性变形、倾斜因素和粘温粘压关系的基础上,简要概述了动压油膜轴承润滑理论,基于油膜轴承综合试验台在线模拟了轴承的实际运转,通过TR200粗糙仪测量了试验轴承的三维表面形貌,间接地反映了轴承合金的磨损情况。结果表明:动压轴承在承载区的粗糙度变化幅值比较明显,非承载区变化幅值比较小。因此,非常有必要采取合理的措施控制或减少摩擦和磨损的产生。
在攷慮彈性變形、傾斜因素和粘溫粘壓關繫的基礎上,簡要概述瞭動壓油膜軸承潤滑理論,基于油膜軸承綜閤試驗檯在線模擬瞭軸承的實際運轉,通過TR200粗糙儀測量瞭試驗軸承的三維錶麵形貌,間接地反映瞭軸承閤金的磨損情況。結果錶明:動壓軸承在承載區的粗糙度變化幅值比較明顯,非承載區變化幅值比較小。因此,非常有必要採取閤理的措施控製或減少摩抆和磨損的產生。

With consideration of the elastic deformation, the misalignment factor and the viscosity-temperature and viscosity-pressure relationships, a brief overview of lubrication theory of mill oil-film bearing is introduced and the the actual operation of bearing was simulated on oil film bearing test rig. The 3D surface topography of test bearing was measured by TR200 rough instrument, which indirectly reflects the wear of bearing alloy. The results showed that the change of roughness amplitude of test bearing is obvious in the bearing area, but is relatively small in non- bearing area. Therefore, it is necessary to take reasonable measures to control or reduce the generation of the friction and wear.
