冲击压路机具有其它压实机械无可比拟的压实优势,但是冲击压路机振动情况很恶劣的缺点限制了其大范围的推广使用;故而本文提出解决车体水平振动的一种新的减振方法:使用液压一弹簧联合减振装置。将其应用在冲击压路机上,分析得出阻尼值D=0.2时,减振效果最佳,本文为设计该联合减振装置提供了依据。

The impact roller has an unparalleled advantage compared with other compaction machinery, but its dis- advantage is the severe vibration, which limits its generation and usage. Therefore, a new shock absorber method was proposed to solve the vibration of the body level, e. g. , a new damping hydraulic-spring joint damping device is used to impact roller. The analysis shows that when the obtained damping D = 0.2, the damping effect is the best. This paper provides a basis for the design of the joint damping device.
