随着城市轨道交通建设的快速发展，其投资占基础设施建设的比例不断增加，为进一步做好工程投资控制、质量控制、工期控制和合同管理，以及安全管理等方面的工作，充分发挥投资的经济效益和社会效益，对目前工程造价管理中存在的主要问题进行分析，对各阶段工程造价管理方法进行论述和探讨。通过分析与探讨提出进一步加强和完善工程造价管理的措施与建议。

With the rapid development of urban rail transit construction, the proportion of its investment accounts in infrastructure construction increases constantly.
