以网络、手机和微博等为代表的新媒体，悄然改变着信息传播的方式，在突发事件的舆情传播中扮演着越来越重要的角色。新媒体环境下高校突发事件的网络传播具有传播主体多样、速度快捷、后果具破坏性等特征。对此，高校思想政治教育工作者应予以高度重视。高校应建立健全突发事件预警机制、信息发布机制、舆论引导机制、公信力机制、教育机制，在突发事件发生后应通过官方机构及时发布权威信息，从而掌握校园突发事件网络舆情传播和引导的主动权．增强网络舆情传播的可控性。

New media represented by network, mobile phones, micro blog and etc, are changing the way of information transmission and playing a more and more important role in the public sentiment trarismission of emergency. The transmission of campus emergency via network is featured by subject diversity, high transmitting efficiency and destructive effect, to which great "importance should be attached by college ideological and political educators. College and universities should build a sound system of emergency alarm, information release, public opinion, credibility and guidance and reinforce the control of network so as to release authoritative information via official organization and gain the initiative of public sentiment transmission and guidance after the outbreak of campus emergency.
