以SPI光纤激光器为例,介绍激光器脉冲输出操作模式。通过VC控制STC12C5A60S2单片机来产生频率(500Hz~200kHz)和占空比均可调的PWM波来控制激光器出光,同时利用VC通过RS232来控制激光器功率大小的改变。测试结果显示,该控制系统能够快速、平稳地控制激光器的开关光,很好地满足工业生产的需要。

Taking the SPI optical fiber laser as an example,we introduce the pulse output mode of operation.VC is used to control the STC12C5A60S2 chip to generate PWM wave with adjustable frequency(500Hz-200kHz) and duty cycle to control the fiber laser.At the same time,VC is used to change the laser power through the RS232.The test result shows that this control system can control the laser rapidily and stablily and it meets the needs of industrial production.
