摘要:笔者采用罗克奇价值观问卷对新生代蓝领工人的价值观及其对职业稳定性的影响进行了定量分析。对新生代蓝领工人而言,最重视的5项终极性价值观依次为“舒适的生活”、“家庭安全”、“幸福”、“自尊”和“真挚的友谊”,而最重视的5项工具性价值观依次为“雄心勃勃”、“正直”、“负责”、“心胸开阔”和“智慧”。相对上一代蓝领工人,在终极性价值观上,新生代更重视对“振奋的生活”、“成熟的爱”、“自由”、“睿智”、“美丽的世界、“救世”、“成就感”等价值目标的追求,而在工具性价值观上,新生代更重视对“智慧”、“清洁”、“能干”、“富于想象”、“自我控制”、“独立”、“礼貌”、“符合逻辑”等价值目标的追求。在终极性价值观上,新生代蓝领工人对“舒适的生活”、“快乐”、“国家的安全”和“真挚的友谊”这4项价值观的重视度显著影响着职业稳定性,而在工具性价值观上,新生代蓝领工人对“勇敢”、“顺从”这2项价值观的重视度显著影响着职业稳定性。
摘要:筆者採用囉剋奇價值觀問捲對新生代藍領工人的價值觀及其對職業穩定性的影響進行瞭定量分析。對新生代藍領工人而言,最重視的5項終極性價值觀依次為“舒適的生活”、“傢庭安全”、“倖福”、“自尊”和“真摯的友誼”,而最重視的5項工具性價值觀依次為“雄心勃勃”、“正直”、“負責”、“心胸開闊”和“智慧”。相對上一代藍領工人,在終極性價值觀上,新生代更重視對“振奮的生活”、“成熟的愛”、“自由”、“睿智”、“美麗的世界、“救世”、“成就感”等價值目標的追求,而在工具性價值觀上,新生代更重視對“智慧”、“清潔”、“能榦”、“富于想象”、“自我控製”、“獨立”、“禮貌”、“符閤邏輯”等價值目標的追求。在終極性價值觀上,新生代藍領工人對“舒適的生活”、“快樂”、“國傢的安全”和“真摯的友誼”這4項價值觀的重視度顯著影響著職業穩定性,而在工具性價值觀上,新生代藍領工人對“勇敢”、“順從”這2項價值觀的重視度顯著影響著職業穩定性。

This paper conducts a quantitative analysis of the values of the new generation of blue-collar workers and their impact on their occupational stability by using Rokeach Values Survey. Three conclusions are obtained. First, for the new generation of blue-collar workers, five terminal values are vital, which are "a comfortable life", "family security", "happiness", "self-es- teem" and "genuine friendship", while five vital instrumental values are being ambitious, "being upright", "being responsible", "being open-minded" and "being wise". Second, the new generation of blue-collar workers pay more attention to "an uplifting life", "mature love", "freedom", "wisdom", "a beautiful world", "salvatio", "and "a sense of accomplishment", while for in- strumental values, they pay more attention to "intelligence", "cleanness", "competence", "imaginativeness", "self-control", "Independence"," politeness" and "being logical" , compared with the last generation. There are significant impacts on occupa- tional stability of the new generation of blue-collar workers, which are the four terminal values of "a comfortable life" ,"a happy heart", "national security" and "sincere friendship" and the two instrumental values of "being brave" and "being obedient".
