为了研究野生三色拟迷孔茵多糖体外抗氧化以及抗肿瘤活性,采用热水浸提、乙醇沉淀、反复冻融以及透析等方法制备多糖样品,用DPPH法和羟自由基法检测样品对DPPH自由基和羟自由基的清除活性,用MTT法检测样品对不同细胞系的生长抑制情况。结果表明,在5mg·mL-1时,对DPPH自由基的清除率达到84.7%,而对羟自由基的清除率为67.4%;样品多糖作用48h后,对A549、LoVo和L1210三种细胞系的半数抑制浓度分别为0.78,1.05,0.44mg·mL-1。野生三色拟迷孔茵多糖具有一定的清除自由基的能力和较强的细胞生长抑制作用。

In order to study the wild Daedaleopsis tricolor polysaccharide (DTPs) in vitro antioxidant and antitumor activity, hot water extraction, ethanol precipitation, repeated freezing and thawing and dialysis and other methods are applied to prepare polysaccharide samples, and the antioxidant of DTPs is tested by applying DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging activity. MTT assay is applied to detect samples on different cell lines inhibiting growth effect. The results show that DTPs to DPPH radical scavenging rate reached 84.7%, and the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of 67.4% in 5 mg·mL-1 DTPs treated cells after 48 h, and A549, LoVo, and L1210 three cell line half inhibitory concentrations were 0.78, 1.05, 0.44 mg·mL-1. Daedaleopsis tricolor polysaccharide has certain ability of scavenging free radicals and strong cell growth inhibitory effect.
