为了提高铟的回收率,使资源得到有效利用,采用全湿法工艺技术对高氟氯氧化锌布袋尘含铟物料进行处理。通过萃取和反萃取,实现了铟与锌、氟、氯、砷的分离。铟的萃取率达99%,萃取效果较好。该工艺技术简单可行,不但开拓了铟原料渠道,而且提高了锌、铅特别是铟的综合利用率。

In order to improve the recycling rate and make full use of indium, a study is done on high fluoride, chloride zinc oxide in cloth bag dust containing indium material by using the wet process technology. The separation of Indium from the elements of zinc, fluoride, chlorin and arsenic by extraction and reversed extraction. The recovery rate of Indium reaches to 99%, which is excellent. The technology not only opens up the road of raw Indium material, but also developes the availability of Indium except for zinc and lead.
