对长柄石杉和有柄马尾杉的内生真菌进行分离与鉴定。共分离纯化到17株真菌，其中从长柄石杉植株内分离出12株真菌，有柄马尾杉植株内纯化分离出5株真菌，分别隶属于青霉属、被孢霉属、未霉属、枝氯霉属、生赤壳属、曲霉属、希金氏指行霉、肉座菌属、赤霉属、球座菌属等10个属。其中长柄石杉与有柄马尾杉二者共有的为青霉属。
대장병석삼화유병마미삼적내생진균진행분리여감정。공분리순화도17주진균，기중종장병석삼식주내분리출12주진균，유병마미삼식주내순화분리출5주진균，분별대속우청매속、피포매속、미매속、지록매속、생적각속、곡매속、희금씨지행매、육좌균속、적매속、구좌균속등10개속。기중장병석삼여유병마미삼이자공유적위청매속。
The endophyte fungi isolated from Huperzia serrata and Phlegrnariurus petiolatus were identified. There were 17 strains of fungi in total to be isolated and pured. Among them, 12 strains of fungi were isolated from Huperzia serrata, 5 strains of fungi wore isolated and pured from Phlegmariurus pedolatus. They were respectively belonging to 10 genera, such as PeniciUium, Mortierella, Trichoderma, Ramichloridium, Bionectria, Aspergillus, Dactylaria, Hypocrea, Gillerella and Guignardia. PeniciUium was the fungi genus which was contained in common in Huperzia serrata and Phlegmariurus pctiolatus.
