对福建省三明市闽江源自然保护区八角莲（Dysosma versipeUis（Hance）M.Cheng植物进行了内生真菌的分离，共获得16株内生真菌，经形态学初步鉴定分别属于半知菌亚门的8个属，其中青霉属（Penicillium）占总株数的31．25％为绝对优势属，镰刀菌属（Fusarium）为优势属（18．75％），曲霉属（AspergiUus）、色串孢属（ronda）、球壳孢属（Sphaeropsis）、交链孢属（Alternaria）为稀有属。研究结果表明八角莲内生真菌具有丰富的多样性。

16 strains of endophytie funguses were separated from Oysosma versipellis of Minjiang Origin National Nature Reserve in Fujian Sanming, they were classified into 8 genus of Deutemmycotina based on morphological characters. The Penicillium and Fusarium are indemnified as superior genus, which the Penicillium amount to 31.25% and the Fusadum amount to 18.75% of the total, the Aspergillus ,Torula Sphaeropsis and Alternaria are rare genus. The results showed that the endophytie funguses ofDysosma versipellis own a great variety of diversity.
