采用脉冲激光轰击制备聚苯胺原位修饰的纳米石墨溶胶,与聚苯胺形成杂化薄膜材料,用标准四探针电导率测试,FT—IR,TG-DSC,TEM,XRD等手段对其进行表征。结果表明,脉冲激光轰击制备的聚苯胺原位修饰的纳米石墨粒径较小,能保持较小粒径均匀分散在聚苯胺体系中,纳米石墨与聚苯胺分子链之间存在强烈的相互作用,使聚苯胺分子链上电子云离域性增大,热稳定性和结晶度提高;电导率分别比石墨和聚苯胺孤立体系高16.7%和63%。
採用脈遲激光轟擊製備聚苯胺原位脩飾的納米石墨溶膠,與聚苯胺形成雜化薄膜材料,用標準四探針電導率測試,FT—IR,TG-DSC,TEM,XRD等手段對其進行錶徵。結果錶明,脈遲激光轟擊製備的聚苯胺原位脩飾的納米石墨粒徑較小,能保持較小粒徑均勻分散在聚苯胺體繫中,納米石墨與聚苯胺分子鏈之間存在彊烈的相互作用,使聚苯胺分子鏈上電子雲離域性增大,熱穩定性和結晶度提高;電導率分彆比石墨和聚苯胺孤立體繫高16.7%和63%。

The conductive polyaniline film, doped with in situ decorated nano-graphite sol prepared by pulsed laser ablation, was tested by standard four-probe method and characterized by FT-IR, TG-DSC, TEM and XRD. The results showed that the in situ decorated nano graphite has a relative smaller particle size and is homo dispersed in polyaniline system. The nano graphite has a strong interaction with polyanilinc molecular chain and thus increases the electron cloud delocalization. The thermal stability and crystallization are also improved. The conductivity of the hybrid system is 15.7% and 63% higher than graphite and polyaniline respectively.
