测定了一例来自四川汶川的疑似野生动物残体的细胞色素B基因(cytb)。利用NCBI数据库中的BLAST功能对目标序列进行相似性搜索,发现与所测序列相似性高的是偶蹄目洞角科山羊(Caprahircus);联合下载四川有分布偶蹄目野生动物4科18种cytb基因序列和我国有分布山羊、高加索山羊(Capra caucasica)和亚洲山羊(Capra sibirica)进行系统发育关系重建分析,结果显示该物种对应序列与下载的山羊序列聚成一支后与高加索山羊构成姊妹关系;同时测定的汶川序列与下载的来自韩国的两条序列(基因序列号:EU259127和EU259129)为同一单倍型。结合四川有分布偶蹄目状况,认为来自汶川的疑似野生动物残体对应物种为家养动物山羊。

The sequence determination was made of the mitochondrial cytochrome b (cytb) gene of 1 sus- pected wildlife specimen, which came from Wenchuan County, Sichuan Province, China. The results of BLAST through NCBI website showed that this sequence ( Wenchuan 0301 ) had a great similarity to Capra hircus. In order to identify what species the undetermined specimen was, 18 species, which all were distributed in Sichuan Province, were downloaded from GenBank. The phylogenetic trees were established by using the maximum likelihood method through RAxML BlackBox. The results showed that the undetermined specimen clustered with Capra hircus first and then clustered with Capra caucasica, finally formed a sister clade with Capra sibirica. In the mean while, this sequence was exactly identical to 2 other sequences in the alignment(Genbank Accession No. :EU259127 and EU259129) ,which came from Korea Combined with the current distribution of Artiodactyla in Sichuan Provice, the undetermined specimen should belong to Capra hircus.
