Lubricating oil analysis technology plays an increasingly important role in the safe operation of equipment. The key to monitoring equipment performance and fault diagnosis lies in properly understanding the evaluation method of lubricating oil analysis information. In this paper, threshold settings of quantitative information and qualitative information in lubricating oil analysis technology are studied. And the necessity for countermeasures and dynamic modifications of fuzzy quantitative threshold values is discussed in order to effectively and accurately evaluate the equipment's operational state.
