结合马斯洛需求理论对我国竞技体育人才的生理、安全、归属与爱、尊重、自我实现等需要进行了分析,得出了以下启示：关注运动员及教练员基本的生理及心理需求;运动员的训练应以实现多层次需要为训练目标;特别关注青少年竞技体育人才的多样化需求;体教结合是我国竞技体育后备人才培养的必由之路。

Enlightenments obtained by means of analysing Maslow's demand theory to our national athletics sports,which includes talented person's physiological needs as well as needs of safety and belonging and love,respect,self-realization,are as follows: Pay attention to athletes and coaches basical physiological and the psychological demands;Athlete's training should be in order to achieve multi-level needs for training target;Pay special attention to the diversity of the youth sports talents demands;Combination of sports and education is the only way to cultivate backup talents for competitive sports.
