随着现代排球运动对抗强度和比赛速度的不断提高,排球运动员的弹跳能力在很大程度上决定了球队取胜的概率。可以说,弹跳能力的提高已经成为现代排球运动实现可持续发展的关键因素,这需要引起运动员和教练员的高度重视。本文在分析排球运动弹跳能力的构成和训练原则的基础上,重点就排球运动弹跳能力的训练方法和应当注意的问题进行重点研究,旨在能够为排球运动员弹跳能力的训练提供一定的理论指导和实践参考。

With the modern volleyball against the continuous improvement of the strength and game speed,jumping ability of volleyball player in large part determine the probability of the team to win.It can be said,the improving of jumping ability has become a key factor to achieve sustainable development of modern volleyball,so athletes and coaches need to give more attention.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of the composition of the volleyball jumping ability and training principles,focus on researching the train of volleyball jumping ability methods and the problems should to pay attention of,designed to be able to provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference to the training of jumping ability for volleyball players.
