    通过城镇居民收入差距的泰尔指数来确定警情，通过建立模型来分析未来龙岩城镇居民的收入差距，并通过组合逐步回归法建模来寻找影响地区收入差距的警源，最后依据实证分析的结论提出了具体的政策建议。

    Longyan urban residents' income gap in the next five years is analyzed by a model established by combinatorial method. The gloomy result is reinforced by Theil index which can reflect income gap between town dwellers. After seeking the causes for the regional in- come gap, this paper provides specific policy advice according to the conclusions gained from the empirical study.
